Parrot Tulips with Lily of the Valley

 Hello My Crafty Friends, Today it is my turn again to post a card using Susan's new Spring Floral Collection from Spellbinders  - I have chosen to us Parrot Tulips and again the Lily of the Valley.    Card base is 6 X 6  pattern paper 5-3/4 X 5-3/4 adhered to card front using clear double sided adhesive. (My paper is one that I bought download from Etsy and printed myself).  All edges aged using Distress Ink - Vintage Photo. Two ovals were cut using Spellbinders Picot Petite Ovals 2nd and 3rd size in set age edges.  Add largest in center of card front using clear double sided adhesive then add smaller oval. The bottle was created by 1st cutting a large bottle on a die cutting machine (Cricut used here) then use as a pattern to trace onto Shrink Film and fussy cut.  Copic marker was used to color back side to give green bottle look.  Bake in oven as directed on film packaging.  Kids Choice Glue was applied to very edge of sides and bottom but not top.   I used Parrot Tulip and

Japonica Twisted Easel

 Hello My Crafty Friends, Today I am happy to be posting another card using Susan's  new Garden Notes Spellbinders Spring Release.  My card today features Kerria Japonica and is a twisted easel card.  Susan did the twisted easel card on her "Live" last week on her Facebook page Susan's Garden Club. Base is created from 6 X 12 cardstock scored at 6" folded and burnished.  Front of card was scored from lower left corner to upper right corner.  folded and burnished. Distress Ink - Vintage Photo was used to age all edges. Cut 2 pc patterned paper 5-3/4" squares edges were aged with distress ink then adhere to front and inside using clear double sided adhesive. Large Die of the Month October #DOMXL OCT17 was die cut and adhered using clear double sided adhesive just to bottom half of front.  Inner piece of same set was cut twice from green cardstock glued together using   Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue avoiding the tendrils and ferns.  Before adhering to center

Lily of the Valley Card & Box

    Well I know it has been a while since I have posted but I have been busy.  I changed my blog from WordPress to Blogger got everything copied over but unfortunately my followers did not transfer.  If you had been a follower you will have to start following me again on my new blog.  If you weren't a follower before please start following me and you will be notified of any new posts. Today I am excited to be posting a card using a die set from Susan's Garden new Spring Flora Collection from Spellbinders.  I am excited to be using the Lily of the Valley such a sweet flower in smell and looks.  I have made a slim line card with a matching box.   My paper is something I printed off.  I bought the download from Etsy and I think it is just perfect for my card today. Card base is 9-1/2 by 4 Cut cardstock 9-1/2 by 10-1/2 score at 2-1/2 and 6-1/2.  Fold and burnish on score lines mountain fold then valley fold. Cut  3 pieces pattern paper 9-1/4 X 3-3/4 and 1 piece 2-1/2 X 9-1/4.  Adhe
