Button Mum Creative Fold Card

Hello My Crafty Friends!  Today I have a "Creative Fold" Card for you today.  Susan Tierney-Cockburn did it October 26th on her Garden Club Live .  My card in a card I did as a diamond shape.  I haven't decided on type of card it will be so I have left off sentiment. Using Spellbinders Susan's Garden S4-1074 Button & Daisy Mum die set cut 3 Button Mums from Susan's Specialty Paper.  Mine have been colored for a while so I can't remember which Copic Markers I used.  They were shaped using Spellbinders Susan's Garden Ultimate Tool Kit .  You can find Susan's YouTube Video for creating Button Mums here . Triple Diamond Point Survivor

  Hello my crafty friends! Today I have my 4th Breast Cancer Survivor Card.  It is a Triple Diamond Card a fun and easy card to make. Card Base White Cardstock 1 pc 6" X 12"  Scored at 6" and folded on score line then burnish for crisp fold.  Cut 2" off from bottom of card front then cut into (3) 2" squares.  1 pc 1-1/2" square 2 pcs 3-1/2" X 5-1/2" Black Matte  Cardstock 1 pc 5-3/4" square 1 pc 3-3/4" x 5-3/4" 3 pcs 1-3/4" square Using Clear Double Sided Adhesive attach 5-3/4" square black cardstock to inside of card.  Attach white 3-1/2" X 5-1/2" to top of black inside card.  Attach 3-3/4" X 5-3/4" black cardstock to top of card front.  Adhere white 3-1/2" X 5-1/2" cardstock over black cardstock on front.  Adhere the black 1-3/4" squares to 2" squares.  Stamped sentiment on white 1-1/2" square (diamond) in black Momento Ink.  Lay the 2 diamond pieces on card front  fa...

Survivor Button Mum

Welcome My Crafty Friends, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so PLEASE if you haven't had your mammogram yet schedule it today! A few years ago I started making a couple of cards each October to send to different survivors (not necessarily breast cancer but cancer survivors) so today I have my first one for October 2020. For my card I used Susan's Garden Club Autumn Flora Button & Daisy Mum set and Foliage & Ladybug set along with one of Becca Feeken's die sets . My sentiment is from a stamp set I bought several years ago it is a fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and is still available from ellenhutson.com . Card base is 6"x6" created from white cardstock. Pink cardstock was cut 5-3/4" square then embossed. Clear Double Sided Adhesive was used to adhere to card front. Berry Branch from Foliage & Ladybug set was cut twice from green cardstock then adhered together with Kids Choice Glue . Shaded with a little ...
