Love & Hugs Violets & Anemone

 

Hello my crafty friends!

My card today is a simple Z Fold card adorned with flowers I created using Spellbinders Susan's Garden Wild Violets S3-569 from the latest release Poet's Garden and Anemone S2-440 from the release Summer Solstice.  The Decorative die cut is an old Spellbinders die set  Doily Round S5-406.

The card base was cut 6" X 12" from 110# white cardstock and scored at 3" and 6".  Mountain fold at 3" and Valley Fold at 6".  Pattern paper  1 pc 5-3/4" square and 2 pc 2-3/4" X 5-3/4" adhered to corresponding panels.  Using Spellbinders Doily Round Die set I cut 1 lacy round and 1 solid round from white cardstock and 1 solid of colored cardstock.  I adhered the lace piece to the solid colored piece then adhered the left side only to front 3" section.  I added my sentiment to the solid white piece and using Beacon 3-in-1 adhesive adhered to inside of card lining it up with the front piece (using the liquid glue gives you wiggle room to line up exactly behind front piece.

I added the sentiment then added my flowers using Kids Choice Glue.
