Double Z Hydrangea & Bee Blossom

Hello My Crafty Friends,

Today I have a Double Z Fold Card and I have used Susan's Garden Autumn Hydrangea from Autumn Flora Release and Bee Blossom from Garden Gate Release.  I love this Double Z Fold Card.

Double Z Fold Card Base - white 110# cardstock 6" X 12" scored at 3" and 6" mountain fold at 3" and valley fold at 6".  I double matted using black cardstock for first layer 2 pcs 2-3/4" X 5-3/4" and 1 at 5-3/4" square. Second layer (patterned paper Bloom With Grace Collection from Crafters Companion) is 2 pcs 2-1/2 X 5-1/2 and 1 pc 5-1/2" square. Layers were added to card base using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  1 pc white 110# cardstock 4-1/2" X 9" scored at 3" and 6" fold mountain and valley.  Black cardstock cut 2-3/4" X 4-1/4 " 2 pcs add to middle and right panels using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  Patterned paper cut at 2-1/2" X 4" 2 pcs adhered to black panels.  Place left panel to card front approximately 1-1/2" in from left edge and even space top & bottom adhere.  Add adhesive to back of right panel fold up inner piece and fold card making sure right panel adheres to inside of card.

Spellbinders Candlewick Rectangles  S5-399 were used to cut a white rectangle from black cardstock cut the decorative frame.  adhere black frame over white rectangle.  Adhere to card front using adhesive to just left side centering rectangle on card.

Using Susan's Garden Specialty Paper and Autumn Hydrangea die set S4-1073 from Autumn Flora Collection die cut 2 hydrangeas and leaves and flower base from green cardstock.  Using Susan's Garden Ultimate Tool Kit shape all.  Hydrangea leaves were adhered down first then Hydrangea bases adhered down and then add petals.  PanPastels yellow ochre tint and permanent red tint were used to add a small amount of color to the petals once glue has dried then add prills in center of each flower.  Next Bee Blossom S3-445 from Garden Gate Collection was cut from Susan's Garden Specialty Paper then colored with Copic Markers.V99, RV17 and RV52.  Shape using Susan's Garden Ultimate Tool Kit.  Add to card front.  Susan has YouTube videos for creating the hydrangea found here and Bee Blossom here

I do hope you like my card today and it has inspired you to make your own.

Thanks for stopping by today and until next time - Happy Crafting!

Christine
