Rose Rocker Card

Hello My Crafty Friends,
My card today is one of those cards that no one really likes to have to make - a sympathy card but ones that we have to create from time to time.
I have created a Rocker Card adorned with the Floribunda Rose from Spellbinders Susan's Garden Garden Gate Release along with Ladder Ferns from Spring Flora and Berry Branch from Autumn Flora Release.

The Rocker Card was done by Susan Tierney-Cockburn on her Garden Club Live on Facebook which can be found here.  I used 110# white cardstock and a Polish patterned paper called Hello Beautiful.

Susan's Garden Floribunda Rose (S5-507) from Garden Gate Release was created from Susan's Specialty Cardstock (SCS-122).  I did several buds and 1 full rose.  I used Copic Marker RV10 to color and Susan's Ultimate Tool Kit (T-021) to shape.  Leaves were cut from green cardstock.

For berries I used Berry Branch from Susan's Garden Berry Branch (S4-1079) from her Autumn Flora Release cutting from green cardstock shading with green ink.  Berries are little Styrofoam balls that I colored using acrylic paint.  When balls are dry Kids Choice Glue was used to adhere to branches and once dry a fine point black pen was used to add black dots to berries.

Susan's Garden Ferns & Ivy die set (S4-1086) from Spring Flora Release was used to cut Ladder Fern from green cardstock shaded with green ink and shaped using Susan's Ultimate Tool Kit.

Kids Choice Glue was used to add my arrangement to card front.

Sentiment was from my stash of stamps - stamped on white cardstock using black ink added to card front using dimensional tape.

Hoping that this has been inspirational and you will make your own rocker card and adding some of Susan's flowers.

Thank you for stopping by today and until next time - Happy Crafting!

Christine
